A: Yes, we offer 12-18 months warranty to our BBQ Pellet Grills Lighter.

Q2: How to deal with the faulty?

A: In case of defective is not related to inspection items on our drawing. We will prepare for a limitation sample after discussion with you or review this standard if necessary. And apply the modified standard for further shipment.

In case of detective is related to inspection items on our drawing. We will check the defect samples after discussion with you. Consequently, if it is our responsibility, we either provide substitute lighters or repair the defect. 

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new 1:1free heater with new order.

Q3. Can I have a sample order for my BBQ GRILLER?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
