Gas stove can't ignite, clean the ceramic igniter

2024-10-26

When the gas stove can't ignite, don't rush to change the igniter battery. Turn off the gas valve first. Turn on the electronic ignition switch. If there is a continuous muffled sound but no electric spark, it is not that the igniter is out of power, but generally the oil interferes with the igniter.

Take a small amount of alcohol and use a small spoon to drip along the ceramic igniter to melt the oil, and then wipe off the excess alcohol with paper to observe whether there is an electric spark. If there is a spark, congratulations, it's fixed.
